Arjun Saxena is a Partner in Oliver Wyman's New York Office. Mr. Saxena has worked on client engagements with major clients in North America, Europe and Asia, predominantly across wealth management, private banking, retail brokerage and retail financial services - credit cards, payments and small business lending. His client work has centered on issues such as:

• Turnaround and growth strategy
• Product marketing strategy
• New business strategy 
• Client segmentation and profitability analytics
• Customer marketing effectiveness and value optimization
• Reengineering strategy and implementation
• Operations and technology optimization
• Internet strategy

Arjun has over ten years of management consulting experience - prior to joining Oliver Wyman, he has worked as a Principal with the Boston Consulting Group, where he was a core member of the Financial Services practice and the Information Technology practice areas. He has also been a Principal and a member of the Board of Directors of Inductis, a boutique consulting firm focused on outsourcing and analytics advisory. Arjun has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad, where he was an Industry Scholarship recipient.  He also has a BTech degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay, where he was a National Talent Search Scholarship recipient.
