Charles Chung is responsible for the profitable growth, management and development of Decision Sciences, a line of business within Experian Decision Analytics. The market focus is in North America where Experian has established clients and partnerships in the financial services, telecommunication, retail, capital markets, and health care sectors. The business is focused on providing leading edge credit risk management, fraud, and optimization analytics, connecting businesses to consumers, consumers to businesses, and businesses to other businesses in an optimal manner.

Charles was previously the Managing Director of Decision Analytics in Asia Pacific. Charles was responsible for growing the decision analytics business for Experian in all key markets in Asia Pacific helping to triple the revenue and more than double the profit in 3 years.  The DA business in Asia Pacific is now a diversified and well balanced business operating in 10 markets with 150 people offering the full suite of DA capabilities directly and through strategic partners.

Since joining Experian in 1991 as a statistician, Charles has progressed within the organization heading up various groups and expanding the company's decision solutions capabilities. He has managed analytical product development, establishment of consulting practices, and delivering hundreds of custom decision solutions to clients in the financial, retail, telecommunications, automotive, and direct marketing industries.

Prior to Experian, Charles was a regional manager with the U.S. Census Bureau responsible for data acquisition and information analysis.

Charles is a graduate of U.C.L.A. with a degree in Economics.
